Our Life coaching provides a blend of outdoor and indoor sessions where we use the outdoors to provide a different environment and a more resourceful state to uncover what you truly want and discover what has been holding back from a successful life by using a combination of NLP coaching techniques, and mentoring.

We head inside when we continue sessions our 1 – 2 – 1 sessions and introduce motivational maps® and timeline therapy if a therapeutic intervention is required.
